I. REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

A. Pre - School ( Nursery, kindergarten and Preparatory)

1. Birth Certificate
2. 2 pieces latest 1 x 1 I.D. picture.
3. Pass the oral and writen examination.

B. Elementary and Secondary

1. Form 138 (Report Card) duly signed by the principal.
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
3. 2 pieces latest 1 x 1 I.D. Picture.
4. Photocopy of birth Certificate for new student.
5. Pass the oral and written examination.

C. Tranferees

1. Form 138 (Report Card) duly signed by the principal
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
3. 2 pieces latest 1 x 1 I.D. picture.
4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
5. Pass the oral and written examination.
6. Transferees are considered temporary enrolled until Form 137 has been submitted not later than Second Grading Period.
7. Transferees during the middle of the school year will be accomodated upon satisfaction of the above requirements.
8. Interview.

II. FEES AND PAYMENTS

1. Tuition and other fees are posted at the Cashier's Office during the enrolment period.

2. the School through this office has devised the following mode of payments to suit the paying capacity and convenience of payment.

• Plan A ---------- Cash
• Plan B ---------- Semi - Annual
• Plan C ---------- Quarterly
• Plan D ---------- Monthly (applicable to all levels)

3. Graduation Fees are determined by the current cost of materials.

4. Any certification requested from the business (cashier) office is issued upon payment of the fee and released (2) working days from the date of request.

5. Parents and students are advised to keep their official reciepts of payments made.
